Volunteer at Anna’s House
Anna’s House at 303 North Elder Avenue, Indianapolis 46222 on Saturday May 11th from 9:00 to 12:00. 

May’s Service Opportunity is scheduled for Saturday May 11th at Anna’s House 9AM – Noon.  We will unload, sort and prepare food for community members who shop there on Saturdays.  We may also prepare a meal.

Dawn Grimes has taken over as the service chair for the Club.  She will be scheduling a service opportunity once every month, usually on a Saturday morning.

ImageKristin Wright will be speaking to us about the situation in Burma and the Burmese refugees in Indiana.

Kristin is a journalist focusing on global human rights issues. Kristin currently serves as Director of Development for Exodus Refugee Immigration, where she works with refugees from Burma, Somalia, Iraq, Iran, and Eritrea, securing funding to help refugees adapt to their new lives in the United States.
